Meadow Haven’s Community Development Services support individuals with developmental disabilities in building meaningful connections and skills within their communities. Through person-centered, community-based supports, individuals are encouraged to participate in social, vocational, and recreational activities that promote independence, inclusion, and personal growth.
We proudly serve individuals and families in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Carroll, Frederick, Anne Arundel, Howard, and Cecil Counties and throughout Maryland. Our services are designed to align with each individual’s Person-Centered Plan while fostering a strong sense of belonging and community engagement.
